Rates                       

Skirmett Village Hall is available to rent from 8am to 10:30pm. The hall is rated for up to 65 people standing or 56 people seated. There are 9 tables and 56 chairs available which are included in the rental hire price.

The hall has a music license. A small PA system is installed with one microphone and a music input from a smart phone or similar device.

It is a non smoking venue.

NOTES

• Minimum Hire Period 1.5 hr
• Time includes setup and take down by hirers
• Overruns charged at full hour rate
• Any extraordinary cleaning required after any event 

        will be charged at cost + 50%

• Music must stop at 10pm
• 'Local' is defined as a resident of Skirmett, Fingest or Turville
  

Special rates for regular ongoing use can be negotiated.
The above rates include tables, chairs, china, cutlery, wine glasses, main lighting and heating. Any breakages or damage
to the hall property will need to be paid for by the hirer at 
replacement value.

All electrical appliances and additional heaters are linked to a coin operated meter (1£ coins).

Additional Hire Information
Tables, chairs, crockery and other kitchen items may be hired by Skirmett residents in return for a donation to Village Hall funds.
